Eco Containers Assembled Storage Containers

Storage Containers with collection tanks:

A storage container with a collection tank is used as a handy storage for storing such materials and substances with the prescribed obligation to capture their possible leakage from the packaging in which they are stored.

Basic parts of the container with a collection tank:

Bottom
It is manufactured from the steel sheet of the thickness 2.5 mm and forms a tank, which serves as a collection tank in case of leakage of the stored substances. The steel tank is welded to support profiles from the sheet of the thickness 2 mm. The bottom is hot dip galvanized. The tank is equipped with four steel grids from flat steel 20 x 20 mm with a pitch of 30 x 30 mm. Sides of the bottom are fitted with longitudinal profiles made of galvanized sheet of the thickness 1 mm.

Sidewall
It is made of a trapezoidal galvanized sheet of the thickness 0.75 mm, which is riveted to the supporting profiles that are made of galvanized sheets of the thickness 2 mm.

Back wall
It is made of a trapezoidal galvanized sheet of the thickness 0.75 mm riveted to the upper and lower profiles which are made of the galvanized sheet of the thickness 2 mm.

Roof
It is made of a trapezoidal galvanized sheet of the thickness 0.75 mm, which is riveted to the supporting profiles made of the galvanized sheet of the thickness 2 mm. At both ends of the roof there are profiles that serve as gutters.

Two leaf door
It is manufactured from a trapezoidal galvanized sheet of the thickness 0.75 mm, which is riveted to the perimeter profiles of each leaf. The perimeter profiles are made of galvanized sheets of the thickness 1 mm. The leaf door consists of a lever gate with ties, a handle, lock with a FAB locking cylinder and barriers to prevent breaking the doors. The leaf door is hanged in the door frame made of steel profiles from the galvanized steel sheet of the thickness 2 mm by means of hinges.

Corner angle
It is made of a sheet of the thickness 3 mm. It is galvanized and varnished with paint. Angles are used to connect individual parts of the container (bottom, sidewall and roof). The two side corner angles are provided with studs (pins), which serve for stacking the containers into the transport position. Furthermore, the corner angles are provided with holes, which allow to hang the container on a crane.
